I have always been obsessed with Tuscany! I'd love if you put a few pictures of Tuscany on there. By the way, where is the sales center? I live in Arizona and I would like to come and see! I am desperately searching for a home, because my home right now is just a rental home while I look for new homes. I have three girls and a boy, and I think that the Tuscany model would be just perfect, if I could add a couple bedrooms in the back! Thanks! And let me know when the sales center is open!
Thank you Jane! I am so glad that you have decided to look into the details of Hamilton Hills! If you invest in any model, you can re-render it and add on if you need different interiors. If you decide to reserve this home online or at the sales center, the architect will work on the floor plans. I will scan them and put them online, for everyone to see, unless you want it private. In that case, I can e-mail it to you!!! The sales center is in Scottsdale, and it is open from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays! I hope you can come and view the models!!!
Thanks! How do I reserve this home? I am running out of time at my rental house, and the owner keeps threatening to raise the rent. He insists that I move out, because they already have a potential buyer for a new house that might be built on the property. I really need to reserve something quick, so I can know that I will have a safe place to live. Is Hamilton Hills kid-friendly? I hope so, because I have four little kids. I have twins that are 7, and a little boy who is 6, plus a new baby that is only one. And I could be pregnant.
I think that I will skip the sales center idea and start reserving now, because I really need to get a deal with somebody. Thanks!

Hey Jane! I'm sorry the owner is so pushy. I do not like those situations either. You can reserve online now! (Boy, technology goes quick). If you reserve, all that means is no one else can make an offer. If you reserve now, the construction could start as soon as six months from now, and could potentially be completed in under two years. If you need to move somewhere sooner, invest in Optima condominiums. There is one in Scottsdale and one in Phoenix and I know that they are a company to be trusted. They aren't super expensive, but Optima is a fun place to live.
Also I will e-mail you updates on what we have. If you would like to post the floor plans on the blog that would be fine with me! Or you can keep it private and I will e-mail it to you. So far all we have are the exterior renderings, and a general floor plan. I really hope you can reserve such an amazing model!!!

I will definitely look into Optima (Biltmore sounds the best), and I think my kids will be happy about sharing a couple rooms for the next couple years. They are too young to be pushy and spoiled.
